Watch Your Language is a language learning application that displays vocabulary words and translations on your Apple Watch. The App allows you to add, manage, and practice vocabulary words, with features including unlimited words, custom word management, import capabilities, and progress tracking available through premium subscription.
The App offers a free version with limited features and a premium subscription that provides access to all features. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee at the then-current rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You are solely responsible for any content you add to the App, including vocabulary words and translations. You agree not to add any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nodixo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This App is provided through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nodixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
